In November 2015 I instructed Hunters to sell my house in High Barnet. As I live in Australia, I needed a very proactive agent who could keep me informed every step of the way, and further, as our tenants were moving out in February 2016, I wanted a sale agreed before Christmas so that we could have confidence in settlement immediately after the tenants moved out.
Michael and Elliot at Hunters worked hard to secure a sale, at the right price, which was agreed before Christmas, and finalised the contracts very promptly.
When our tenants moved out, there were some items left in the house which had the potential to delay the settlement, and over which I had no control being on the other side of the world – Michael arranged for this to be resolved within hours of notification, such that settlement was not delayed.
Overall, I have been delighted with the service provided by Hunters, as well as the sale price and swift outcome.

I would just like to say a huge “thanks” for yours & Elliot’s work in selling my property.
As an agency you were incredibly professional throughout all aspects of the sale process. When I met you in January to discuss the flat sale, you were well ahead of your competitors that I met, both in terms of your knowledge and your empathy that this was my late Aunt’s home for 42 years.
The sale process wasn’t straight forward, which was due to the Director of the Management Company. There were a number of times when I thought we might lose the sale, if the buyer was becoming understandably frustrated with the time it was taking. Elliot was superb in keeping things on track, both in terms of updating the buyer and also in many other things, such as lining up companies to do the fire & asbestos reports and trying to contact the management company. Without his energy and desire to help wherever he could, I very much doubt the sale would have gone through.
